All prices are per night, incl. VAT.
There are no fixed arrival and departure days. The minimum booking period is four days.
We will confirm the booking as soon as we have received a completed and signed booking form and a deposit of 20% of the rent. The balance is due 8 weeks before the start of the holiday.
In the event of cancellation up to 8 weeks before the start of the trip, we will retain the deposit as cancellation costs; cancellation of the booking within 8 weeks before the start of the trip is not possible. If entry is not possible due to COVID-19 restrictions (lockdown, entry ban), the booking can of course be cancelled free of charge and payments already made will be refunded in full.
We retain a deposit of 200 EUR, which will be refunded within 5 days at the latest, provided that no damage to the rental property is found.
In general, pets are not allowed in our holiday flats. Smoking is not permitted in the rooms.
