We are Dinah & Jürgen Zacher. We discovered our love for Mallorca in 2018 and have been spending as much time as possible on the most beautiful island in the world ever since.
In November 2021 we fulfilled our dream of owning our own holiday home and have lovingly renovated it. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

Apartment
Our property is located in a family complex to the south of Cala d’Or. With just 20 houses it is peaceful but also offers spacious communal areas with two large pools, a whirlpool and shallow area for children. The complex is only accessible to residents and there is also a gated private parking area. A children’s area with a shallow depth is also available. The facility is only accessible to residents. The indoor parking lot also offers quick access.
The house itself consists of three floors. On the ground floor there are two bedrooms, a bathroom, open-plan kitchen and livng/dining area. There is a private garden with terrace, sun loungers and barbecue which offers the necessary privacy for a relaxing holiday.
On the first floor there is another apartment which can be completely separate or incorporated into the downstairs via a connecting door. This apartment has one bedroom, one bathroom and a an open plan kitchen/living/dining area. The private terrace also offers a barbecue and dining area.
A special feature of this house is the roof terrace. It is ideal for both sunbathing and cosy, relaxing evenings. Thanks to the 360° view, you can experience the most beautiful sunsets here. As this area can only be accessed via the apartment on the first floor, access depends on the number of rooms booked individually.
Location
Cala d’Or is a tranquil tourist resort in the south-east of the island. With around 4000 permanent residents it offers everything you need to live at any time of year including restaurants, sports facilities, shopping facilities, medical care and much more.
The airport is only 60 kilometres away and can be reached in 50 minutes.

Shops
The town of Cala d’Or offers many opportunities for shopping and strolling. Three large supermarkets, numerous restaurants and boutiques are within walking distance. Bars and discos can be reached in 30 minutes on foot or in 5 minutes by taxi. This left nothing to be desired. The resort itself is rather quiet and relaxed, so you can experience a lot or relax depending on your mood.
Sports facilities
Cala d’Or is one of the few places that leaves nothing to be desired. Racing bikes, mountain bikes, diving or climbing are no problem from here. There are numerous bike hire offers in the village, more than five exchange schools offer several dives and just 25 minutes away (Felanitx) there are climbing opportunities at all levels of difficulty. In Portocolom (10 min. drive) windsurfers can ride the waves.
It was precisely this diversity that made us so enthusiastic about Cala d’Or. We hope that our guests enjoy it as much as we do.
